We have developed an intuitive and easy-to-use solution for you to create simple and complex products. On BoxToB, a product can be different things: a single item (e.g. a tomato), several items together (e.g. seasonal selection of fruits), or one item composed of several components (e.g. food recipe).
Our software monitors how many items you need to complete your next scheduled delivery. And from the parameters you have custom designed, it will automatically actualize the stock needs until the “cut off” date. On that day, you have an exact calculation of what you need to buy, and your clients have already paid for their orders.
On your administration panel, you will find a feature allowing you to export your client orders in CSV and PDF files, the products and items needed from these orders and the plans they relate to. This feature helps you monitor the in-and-out of products you sell on your website and merge that data with your actual stock management software and your physical-sale stock calculations.
BoxToB can predict what quantity of products you will need by cross-referencing the data between your online shop sales and your stock analysis. The software is able to automatically generate a sheet of product needs for your next delivery session.

You can create campaigns and set a percentage or a specific amount of credits or discount to apply to your shop, limit campaigns in length of time and space or in volume of use. You can also use the credits as an option for after-sales services when reimbursing customers.
One of the many useful BoxToB features is allowing you to create coupons to track your customer-referrals. Access this from the Coupon panel to track all the coupons you have created and monitor active campaigns.
